29. SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS (US/CANADA)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages from Scoutbound, you agree to the following terms provided by Scoutbound and its telecommunications entity Brain GmbH & Co. KG:

  • Program Description: Scoutbound sends B2B sales follow-ups, appointment reminders, and requested informational messages to roofing businesses regarding our direct mail marketing services.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction and requested information.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at legal@scoutbound.ai.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: Our use of your phone number is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://scoutbound.ai/privacy).
