REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

‍Noah Ludwig, doing business as Scoutbound, operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) SaaS platform. Due to the nature of our Services—which involve immediate data processing, proprietary API execution, and automated fulfillment of physical outreach through third-party partners (such as the USPS)—hard costs are incurred the moment a campaign is scheduled or triggered.

Therefore, all sales, subscription fees, and capacity blocks are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for unused subscription periods, delayed or undelivered items by third-party carriers, or user errors during campaign setup.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF ROI OR LEAD CONVERSION

‍Our software automates neighborhood outreach and provides data intelligence. However, Scoutbound does not guarantee specific response rates, lead conversions, or financial returns (ROI) from your campaigns. Refunds will never be issued based on campaign performance or the subjective quality of leads.

3. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

‍By accepting our Terms of Service and initiating payment, you agree to this strict no-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team to resolve a technical issue is considered a breach of contract. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Scoutbound reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and refer the outstanding balance, including any dispute fees, to a third-party collections agency.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

‍If you experience technical issues with the Scoutbound software platform itself, please contact our support team immediately. We are committed to ensuring our platform functions correctly, but software bugs do not entitle you to a refund.
